Mentoring

Become a Mentor

Qualify and become a mentor who sees the potential, encourages perseverance in others and gives these men every opportunity to be successful in their reentry so that together we may “be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.”

“What you heard from me, keep as the pattern of sound teaching, with faith and love in Christ Jesus.” 1 Timothy 1:13

Have you ever desired to make a difference in someone’s life? Have you been privileged to have a mentor who helped you to be the person you are today? We have opportunities for you to mentor inmates by building a relationship of strength, accountability, learning and blessing.

The Governor has requested that the people of Kansas provide five thousand mentors for the same number of inmates released yearly in Kansas. We offer you an opportunity to be one of those Mentors.

Please contact Marcy Konkader for a Mentoring Application.
